2. Purpose

These terms govern the use of this website and the purchase of the products offered on it. By placing an order you declare that you are of legal age and that you accept these terms.

3. Products

We do our best to ensure that photographs and descriptions accurately reflect the products. Colours may vary slightly depending on the screen of each device. Please check the sizes and the frequently asked questions before buying.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the store and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Offers and discounts are valid while they are visible on the website. Payment is made through the methods available at checkout, via secure payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

5. Orders

After completing your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if we detect an obvious pricing error, lack of availability or signs of fraud; in that case we will refund the full amount paid.

6. Shipping

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to return it, under the conditions described in our Refund policy. This period extends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

8. Legal guarantee

The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in the applicable consumer legislation.

The texts, images, logos and other content on this website belong to HoodMask or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without prior authorisation.
