At HoodMask we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from our store, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and products purchased.
  • Payment details: these are handled directly by the payment gateways. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Communications: the messages you send us by email or through the forms on the website.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and products added to the cart, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. What we use your data for and on what legal basis

  • Managing your order (payment, shipping, returns and customer service): performance of the purchase contract.
  • Complying with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, guarantees): legal obligation.
  • Sending you marketing communications by email or SMS: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Analysing use of the website and showing advertising through non-essential cookies: your consent, which you manage in the cookie banner.
  • Preventing fraud and protecting the security of the store: our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need in order to serve you:

  • Shopify, the platform that hosts our store.
  • Payment gateways, to process payment.
  • Logistics providers and carriers, to prepare and deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising tools, only if you have accepted the corresponding cookies.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your order data for as long as necessary to manage the purchase and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hola.hoodmask@gmail.com. We will reply within a maximum of one month. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work (for example, to keep your cart) and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or from your browser settings.

9. Minors

This store is not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Even so, no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in the way we work. We will publish the current version here with its update date.
