Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery times

• Order preparation: 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery, from the moment the order leaves our warehouse:
  Spain: 3 to 5 business days.
  United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days.
  Germany, France, Austria and the United States: 5 to 8 business days.
  Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Estonia and Lithuania: 6 to 10 business days.
  Greece and Romania: 7 to 15 business days.

These times are estimates. During busy periods, public holidays or for reasons beyond our control (customs, weather, carrier incidents), delivery may be delayed by a few days.

Where we ship

We ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Greece, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Order tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to show any movement.

Delivery address

Please check that the address and phone number are correct before completing your purchase. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders with several items

If your order includes several items, they may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different days, at no extra cost.

Delays, losses or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived after the stated time, or arrives damaged, email us at hola.hoodmask@gmail.com with your order number and we will resolve it with a replacement or a refund.
